Effective leadership is more than just a simple administration. A good pathfinder offers direction to the individuals. An effective front-runner is the one who always aims at creating favorable condition for his team mate to achieve great results. If you want to show your leadership to your colleagues, then you should involve them in decision-making, provide them personal encouragement, and inspire them with a vision for success attainment.
